Your elopement in a vibrant city

Split is a vibrant city located on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea, in Croatia. It’s known for its stunning waterfront, historic center, and the Diocletian’s Palace, which was built by the Roman emperor Diocletian in the 4th century AD. Today, Split is the largest city in the Dalmatia region and a popular tourist destination, offering visitors a mix of ancient history, beautiful beaches, and lively nightlife.

If you’re looking to elope in Split, here are some beautiful locations to consider.

Diocletian’s Palace: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this ancient palace complex offers stunning architecture and historical charm. I will handpick for you the best locations to have romantic photos away of tourist crowds. It gets very crowded during the high season, therefore early morning elopement is advisable.

Marjan Hill: For a picturesque outdoor ceremony with panoramic views of the city and the Adriatic Sea. It's a perfect place for a sunset elopement.

Ivan Meštrović Gallery: A gorgeous art museum and serene lush garden with sculptures, ideal for intimate ceremonies. I s majestic architecture inspires and sets a stunning backdrop for elopement photography. It's less touristy compared to the Diocletian's Palace and elopement can be done both in the mornings and during the sunsets. The fees of the venue may apply.

Sustipan Park: Just a short walk from a Diocletian's Palace and you arrive to a beautiful peninsula overlooking Diocletian's palace and nearby islands. It's an ideal place to hide away from summer heat under big pine trees. No entrance fee.

Salona in Solin: Located between Split Airport and Diocletian's Palace, this is a secluded place to elope amid historical backdrop. Ideal for an intimate ceremony. Privatization fee is required.

Kasjuni Beach: A stunning beach with crystal-clear waters and beautiful scenery. Since a part of the beach can not be privatized, the best time to elope is during April, May, September & October.
